What is included in this service:

• We will assemble above ground swimming pool you provide in location you tell us.
• Our service provider will assemble item outdoors. Area should be free of clutter with enough room for service provider to work. Item should already be in area, unless we pickup and deliver item for you.
• It is illegal to install in areas above or very close to septic tank. You should also be aware of right of ways of utilities having underground wires, pipes, etc., below where you intend to install the pool. Area should be generally level. If the area is not level, additional charges may apply, which you would pay service provider directly. Many times homeowners get surprised at the extra charges.
• Please book this service at least 1 week from day you order service to allow service provider to give you list of additional items needed to complete install, such as sand, peat moss, etc. Service provider may bring to site and you pay them directly. The amount of supplies you need will be determined by the size of the pool (diameter).
• Installation does not include install of deck attached to pool.
• Pool cannot be installed in ground. These pools are only designed to be installed above ground. Also, we cannot install these pools in a basement, indoors, etc.
• Because it can take over 24 hours to fill your pool, our service provider may have to make an additional visit to your home to make sure everything is working correctly. Never run your pool filter without enough water in pool. You can damage your pool filter.
• Includes connection of pool filter. You may want to make sure you have a water hose long enough to reach pool, as water evaporates quickly in summer, plus children splash water all the time. Water level needs to be high enough for water to get into filter inlet, otherwise your water will not be filtered and algae may make the pool look unpleasant. The instructions that come with your pool should be kept inside where all your other manuals are kept. Please become familiar with pool upkeep.
• Try to avoid installing pool in area where leaves from trees can reach it. Falling leaves will fall into the pool and clog your skimmer (inlet to filter). You need to clean filter daily during the fall season. You also want to learn how to shut down the pool for the winter, in areas that freeze. Your pool can collapse if a deep freeze occurs and you are not prepared. Winterizing your pool may include adding pool antifreeze into the water to keep it from freezing.
• Our service provider will clean up after done and place trash or boxes in your garage or other place you designate on your property.

On heavier items that you buy at a store, we can have the item delivered from the store to your home, 1-2 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will coordinate that with your service provider and they will keep you informed. You can order the pickup at store and deliver service after you add your primary service to your shopping cart, otherwise it is assumed that you have the item already at your home, ready to assemble and/or install.

All our service providers are vetted to insure they have proper licenses, insurance, customer ratings, and provide quality service to our customers. If you hire a handyman direct, you don't know if they are reliable. If they do damage to your home, by accident, they may not have adequate insurance to cover your claim. With our top warranty, we have extra insurance to cover claims that their insurance may not cover.
