Before our service provider arrives at your residence

Some of our service providers will vacuum your carpets, prior to steam cleaning them. But, we recommend you vacuum your carpets before our service provider arrives in your home. We also recommend removing all items from the top of furniture to be moved. You will be charged extra if our service provider has to wait for you to move items around. Heavy furniture should be moved prior to arrival of service provider. Someone needs to be available to help service provider move small furniture, or you can order 2 crew service at extra charge. You must add this with initial order. You would pay the service provider, directly for any additional services that you did not order from us.

• Please make sure our provider has access to water to fill the tanks in their cleaning equipment, prior to cleaning. Our providers will do their best to clean your carpets and remove stains, as best as possible. If your carpet is worn or has certain stains caused by ink, most paints, and certain other chemicals, we recommend you repair or replace your carpets, especially if you are selling your home. Most common stains, like spilled coffee, dirt from outside can be successfully removed. Your carpets will smell nice after they dry. They may not smell nice for up to 24 hours.

• Our normal services do not include Scotch Guard or extra disinfectant. We included those as additional services you can order. If you are not sure, you can ask our service provider when they arrive and they can add that service. You can pay them directly for extra services, if you did not order from us.

• If you have pets, like dogs or cats, we do recommend you add our pet urine removal service. However, if not sure, you can wait until the service provider arrives and consult with them. Some providers do include it in their services for free. If they do, we will remove that service from your bill and refund that portion of the bill if you prepaid for that extra item.
