The $5,000 is a deposit to get the process started. There will be a retailer of $5,000 due each month for 4 more months after initial payment. There is a lot of work behind the scenes that goes on beyond the UFOC documents. We need to build your operations manual which will be the crux of your franchise operations. We need to make sure you can support your franchisees and make them successful, because without their success, your success will be very limited, if at all.
