What is included with this service?

Our pro will seal all cracks in foundation walls and floors with a sealant
Our pro will spray a waterproofing sealant on all walls and floor as needed to seal where water enters
Our pro will install a sump pump in the lowest corner of your basement to remove all water that enters your basement after a heavy rain. Water will be pumped into your drains.
This service does not include digging outsuide below the base of your foundation and installaing drainage pipes.
If your area has flooding often, this service may not be adequate to remove the risk of flooding in the future. It may help but not prevent water from entering your basement.
Our pros will clean up after they are finished and dispose of any debris in area you designate on your proeprty.
Additional costs if you have a finished basement or partially finished basement. You may need mold removal if basement is damp.
This service can take up to 2 full days to complete.
