Sod Installation

Installing sod is a major investment. We want to make sure you have a great experience with our service provider to insure your lawn looks beautiful next seaon. Sod installation is mainly popular in US Southern states due to the types of grass, like Bermuda and St. Augustine. In the rest of the country, Fescue, Kentucky Blue grass are used to sod smaller areas where the soil is in poor condition and for newer construction or hilly terrain where frequest rain can wash away newly seeded lawns.

Service Includes:

• Preparing the soil. Additional cost if grading or excavation required
• Removal of old grass and weeds
• Sod delivered for area of country. You can discuss with service provider.
• Sod installed on your lawn following industry best practices
• Instructions for you to maintain lawn after installation, including watering scedule
• Setting up irrigation or sprinklers to ensure the sod receives plenty of water. Extra Cost not included in this service
