Tent Rental

• Tent up to 20 feet by 20 feet for one day up to 8 PM.
• We set up the morning of your party between 7am-1pm. We will coordinate a specific delivery window based on the start time of your event. In the case you need a special delivery time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
• We pickup same-day after your event ends. This allows us time to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s event. Pickups requested after 8pm will incur an additional charge of $25 per additional hour.
• We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, or pavers. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt.
• You must have an electrical outlet within 50 feet of area to set up if you plan to have electric devices available.
• Area to set up should be level, with no more than a 10% pitch.
• Free delivery and setup within 15 miles of service provider location. Extra charges of $50-$200 outside delivery area. Generally no deliveries more than 50 miles from your venue.
• Absolutely no cooking within 6 feet of tent. No smoke allowed to reach tent.
• You can add accesories, such as lighting, tables, chairs, and more on next page.
• Service Provider may require you to sign rental contract agreement for entire order on or before delivery of order.
